Membership renewal notices will be issued shortly inviting members to renew their membership for 2021-2022.

Fees should be paid by 1 July 2021.

We are now offering pro-rata membership rates for new members who join Oral History Victoria after the first three months of the financial year.

If you have any spare time over the holiday period you may wish to check out the new Oral History Australia website and recently launched 2020 issue of the OHA journal Studies in Oral History.

We are currently finalising our event program for next year so stay tuned for news of that program - to be released in January 2021. There'll be a mix of beginner and advanced training, online and (hopefully) in-person, as well as monthly informal catch-ups and our annual symposium. 

Problems with our PayPal payments system have now been resolved.

Our apologies to those very valued new members who were unable to finalise their memberships due to these issues.

We recently completed our first membership renewal period under our new membership system.

Those registered as members with us would have received three renewal reminders up to the renewal date of 1 July, one further reminder and then a  notification of lapsed membership on 29 July.

As you may know, we have had quite a few problems with our previous system and we think this new membership portal will be a big improvement.

In this new system you will be able to update your personal information with us whenever you want, renew your membership online and view your membership payments.

We also plan to use this system for future event registrations.
